Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@monarchsunlesssupplies.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@monarchsunlesssupplies.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $50 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Solutions are NOT eligible for a refund.

Clothing can be returned for exchange only- Must be sent back within 7 days in unused condition. Buyer pays return shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

  • All returns and exchanges must be approved before returning.
  • An authorization number is needed for the approved returns or exchanges.
  • All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Amount credited will be the original cost of the products only, not original shipping cost, less the restocking fee.
  • All returned items are to be in its original package and condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost back to our facility.
  • Returns are accepted no later than 7 days after the receipt of shipment

    Returns:

    All returned items are to be in its original package and condition.
    Customers are responsible for the shipping cost back to our facility.
    Returns are accepted no later than 7 days after the receipt of shipment

    Warranty:
    All items has a 1 year parts warranty against manufacturer's defects.
    Replacement parts will be sent out based on our technician's trouble shooting results.
    Customer may need to replace or repair some part of the defective item, according to our technician's instructions.

    Extended warranty may be purchase, please ask you sales consultant.

    Receiving Instructions:
    This delivery is a Curb Side delivery . This is NOT an inside delivery.
    When the freight company arrives, you will need to inspect the shipment before signing the freight bill.
    Please count the boxes and then open up them up to make sure that there no damaged items inside.
    If there is no damage, go ahead and sign the freight bill.
    If you have a larger order where you cannot open up and inspect each box, please look for any visible signs of damage.

    • If you do not see any signs of damage, you must sign “PENDING INSPECTION” on freight
    bill. This way you have 24 hours to inspect your entire shipment and if you have any
    hidden damages, you will be protected.

    • If you do have any damaged boxes, you must open that box to make sure the items
    inside aren’t damaged.
    If there is any damage at all, it’s very important that you, the consignee, signs “RECEIVED
    DAMAGED” on the freight bill and accept the entire shipment and contact us immediately.

    • Don’t let the driver sign write anything.

    • Don’t refuse or send back anything. We will need pictures to identify what is damaged in order to send you 
    the correct replacement parts. It is very important you follow these procedures. If you do not follow this procedures carefully,
    our hands will be tied and we will not be able to file a proper claim and damages will be replace
    at your expense.
